ok. the point of hosting a party for charity isn’t to just randomly donate your own money; she could do that at anytime. the point is to raise money for the charity, raise awareness for the charity. she isn’t ripping anyone off because lets face it, if you plan on paying $250 for a ticket, you probably have the money to do it anyway otherwise your not going to buy it. the charity fund raising is what brings in the other celebs as they will be donating above and beyond to the charity as well.
besides, the likelyhood that miley orcestrated this event herself is slim to none. disney had a very large part in managing this party. i don’t see what the problem is hosting a charity event. how anyone could find a problem in that is beyond me.

ok. the point of hosting a party for charity isn’t to just randomly donate your own money; she could do that at anytime. the point is to raise money for the charity, raise awareness for the charity. she isn’t ripping anyone off because lets face it, if you plan on paying $250 for a ticket, you probably have the money to do it anyway otherwise your not going to buy it. the charity fund raising is what brings in the other celebs as they will be donating above and beyond to the charity as well.
besides, the likelyhood that miley orcestrated this event herself is slim to none. disney had a very large part in managing this party. i don’t see what the problem is hosting a charity event. how anyone could find a problem in that is beyond me.

I can’t believe the outfit she wore during her concert. We all gasped. Bare stomach, she had to keep pulling her vest down. She was really dancing and kept throwing her head and hair back. Then she got on to a raft and performed going down the lagoon with dancers beside her on their own rafts. She was really rolling her hips, it was a little overdone for a 15 year old. (She’s not even 16 until the end of Nov.) Wasn’t exactly Disney material!
Weirdest thing was when Billy Ray performed before her and sang Achy Breaky Heart, Brandi came out and played the guitar and Justin Gaston came out also and played the guitar. Billy Ray said that he was going to be the next Tom Cruise! Nobody seemed to clap for him, they probably didn’t know who he was!
